In October 2015 HELLBASTARD embarked on yet another gruelling tour of Europe.

Taking in around 16 countries,.... One show was cancelled and this live recording is a great example of a show set up by the good people of LEIPZIG,... within a matter of hours. the venue that came to the rescue is called LIWI,.... and it was absolutely rammed & a great time was had by all. Word travelled fast that we were playing and we didn't expect to see anyone really,... especially a mid-week gig.

After this show we went onwards to Hungary, Prague, Belgium, france, etc etc. . Many more stories about this tour but far too much to type here. Some of the 'highlights' were :

Scruff Almost being beaten savagely by a Hungarian shop owner.
Scruff being saved by driver & merch guy from being beaten savagely by a Hungarian shop owner.
Awful accident to merch guy & his hand being savaged by a moving bicycle chain in Hamburg.
Going into the submarine on DRY DOCK in Hamburg.
Playing the legendary "KOPI" in Berlin,... again !
Cops pointing guns at us and smiling almost everywhere (...remember this was during the 'terror' alerts of Europe & the now infamous Paris Bataclan venue shootings.)
Playing a great set & being treat like royalty in Zagreb, Croatia.
Being told off for taking a piss on grass near a venue, where no one was present (Scruff just got 'caught', that's all FFS)
Drummer Steve 'Joint' Lea stagediving on EVERYONE in a small bar that shut its' doors to accomodate a private party. Ouch! it hurts...
Meeting many friends all over europe, old & new.

This show was recorded by Scruff in the most punk rock way possible, gaffa-taping his Zoom HD-1 recorder to his mic-stand onstage.

Only recently has HB guitar player Mr Danny "Bionicle" Guy re-visited this recording in his own studio & gave it a bit of a polish up. Please enjoy the live experience....
